Little Tree Family Centre
The new Little Tree Family Centre in Happy Valley–Goose Bay replaces an aging facility with a safe, modern 3,930-square-foot space designed to support children, families, and community wellbeing in the Upper Lake Melville region. Operated by the Labrador Friendship Centre, the centre provides culturally grounded early childhood programming, nutrition services, and family support for Indigenous and local families, celebrating Inuit, Innu, and English languages through everyday learning and connection.
